President Obama used this week’s Address to outline some of the benefits that are scheduled to kick in from the recently passed health care reform bill. These changes are set to take effect in the coming months.

Among the anticipated benefits are health care tax-cuts for small businesses, business relief for retirees, rebates to address the “doughnut hole” in prescription drug costs, the creation of a patients’ bill of rights, prohibition against rescission and the ability for young adults to stay on their parent’s health plan until the age of 26.
