Obama’s Birth Certificate.  Hawaii became an American state in 1959, two years before his birth.  Case CLOSED.

The issue of whether or not our President-Elect is an American citizen, that is.  According to the Field Negro’s blog, the lawyer selling wolf tickets in the Pennsylvania about Obama’s citizenry (or Pistolvania, as Field calls the commonwealth) lost a round in the State Supreme Court, but our favorite “uncle” might decide he wants to hear this loony lawyer’s case.  W-T-F?  But, then again, “Unca” Clarance happily voted to give an election to the Frat Boy, who didn’t even pull the popular vote and had to rig the Electoral College, so why wouldn’t he get on board to keep a brotha out of the White House?

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 11/07/08) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court on October 30, 2008, requesting review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick’s Dismissal of Philip J. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants. Accordingly, the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.

Now, I’m not for driving blog traffic to a fringe member’s website, but since he’s included his contact information, feel free to send him an email and let him know to stop wasting the taxpayers money with this shyt. Or NOT. Only Alan Keyes is the crazier shythouse rat to have attempted this shyt FIRST (Hopefully, someone’s revoked his Black Card for that stunt out in California with the electoral votes). And since John McCain was born somewhere near the Panama Canal, why the hell there were no questions raised about his citizenry, even though it seems to be more questionable than Obama’s? (and yes, I know he was born on an American military base so that qualified him <<<side eye>>)

I realize there are some of you fringe individuals who are still doing everything possible to de-rail this brotha out of the White House, but really, give it a rest already.  He’s already proven he’s American-born, African-American, Black Like Me, yadda, yadda, yadda.  I’m not going to ask what more can you want from Barack Obama because even if I did, for the fringe element, it will never be ENOUGH.
