A black bourgeoisie perspective on U.S. politics
“The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government… And I won’t be buried under their damn flag,” – Joe Vogler in 1991, Founder of the Alaska Independence Party
I now return to McCain’s choice, Sarah Palin, the absolute best America had to offer as his running mate.
Yesterday, I wrote that Palin was a member of the Alaska Independence Party, a group which wants to hold a vote on Alaska’s secession from the United States of America. It has since come to light that she was not a registered member (at least for the years queried), so I may need to correct the record. However, she is still very much connected.
The motto for the group is “Alaska First. Alaska Always.” Now listen carefully to this. Vogler, founder of the party which McCain’s choice courted regularly, was murdered in 1993 during “a plastic explosives sale gone bad.”
Radical, extremist, domestic terror group.
McCain’s choice.
Now let’s put our thinking caps on and imagine a world in which Illinois state legislator Barack Obama repeatedly attends the conference for a radical black separatist organization with ties to domestic terrorism. Obama records a video intro for this radical group, praising its contributions, and is such a regular presence that several executives in the organization think he’s a member. Not only that, imagine that Michelle Obama were a registered member of this radical, secessionist group for seven years and left only before her husband began campaigning for the U.S. Senate.
Imagine the motto for this group was “Afrika First. Afrika Always.”
I think I’ve made my point.
John McCain had six months to choose a vice president. That’s more time than any nominee in history. He decided that Sarah Palin was the best America had to offer. Will he use the same thought process to appoint his cabinet and federal judges? Is he ready to lead?
