Folks in the Open Threads are praying for Rep. Tubbs Jones and her family and we second that emotion here at JJP. Though we may have disagreed with her vehemently on Clinton vs. Obama, you can’t deny her impressive achievements as the Sister from Ohio. From SFGATE.com:

Spokeswoman Nicole Williams says Tubbs Jones had the aneurysm while driving her car in Cleveland Heights on Tuesday. She says the congresswoman’s condition has been stabilized at Cleveland Clinic’s Huron Hospital in East Cleveland.

Further details weren’t immediately available.

Tubbs Jones was first elected in 1998, becoming the first black woman to represent Ohio in Congress.

According to this DailyKos diary following the story in Cleveland:

At least one local news station, WOIO Channel 19, is reporting that the situation is grim and life support will be removed this afternoon.
