Van Jones on PBS tonight: I believe 9/11 was a conspiracy… by Al Qaida and Osama bin Laden and nobody else

Jill just wrote about Van’s recent moves a few days ago, and back when he was forced to resign by conservative destroyer and chalkboard pitch man Glenn Beck, I famously blew up and lost it at the White House, the Right and everybody else.

But now, Van’s coming back into the public with a position at Princeton and the Center For American Progress. He’ll be on Tavis tonight. Set your DVRs! If ever this country needed to listen and heed this man’s advice, it is now.

9/11 was an Israeli false flag in conjunction with the neocons in the Bush administration. There is overwhelming evidence to support this claim. Cheney himself has said that there is no evidence connecting Osama bin Laden to 9/11, so Van Jones is either ignorant or is lying about 9/11.

Who worked the security at all the airports where the alleged hijackers boarded those flights? Wasn't Bush. Who owned the companies that sent out two text messages to Israelis warning them in advance of an event that was going to happen on 9/11? Wasn't Osama bin Laden. Which world leader is alway talking about how good 9/11 was for his country? Wasn't George W Bush

The whole issue of Van Jones’s signature on the petition is pretty silly and specious, BUT (1) Van had been positioning himself for a year for a cabinet post so he should have known better, (2) Van could have simply stated he felt that issues like these deserve openminded exploration hence his signature, (3) Van’s now backpedaling in an unseemly way, and (4) Van admitted before he hadn’t created any green jobs. So bottom line, he probably wasn’t going to be effective in that post. He might even have realized that. He said in 2009 he was ready to work at a Wash DC thinktank back in 2007 or so, so this job is probably the move he wanted.
