In my opinion, being disruptive and creating a scene can often backfire. People like Murdoch believe strongly in their White privilege, and damned sure won't give it away to some young brat who looks like his grandson. Moreover, people who support the Murdochs of the world find a perverse pleasure in standing in Murdoch's corner–and they don't care that he supports racism.

Murdoch will only respect people that either run in his circles, or who can significantly affect his bottom line. Some smart-aleck 20-something, wearing a corduroy blazer, palestinian scarf, and sporting a bed-head hairdo probably isn't going to phase a multi-billionaire.

I find it ironic that two foreign born naturalized citizens, Orly Taitz and Rupert Murdoch have become the standard-bearers for the “Obama Derangement Syndrome” pulsating throughout this country.

I never would have thought that so many American citizens could be so easily influenced and be so absolute in their willingness to embrace their capacity for utter ignorance. Racism is so firmly rooted in the foundation of this country that self-immolation would be preferable to these people rather than have a Black man as President.
