I saw the video of her in Walmart and the one of her trying to kick the cop in the parking lot. I am sure her lawyer told her that her ass was cooked. She is the Walmart shopper from hell.

They should have thrown in a perjury charge for her lying on the stand.

Happy for Heather, hopefully she can still go off to college and put all of this behind. As too many POC learn, often too late, it is NOT enough to be RIGHT or INNOCENT in a court of law, especially, after the prosecutor stacked charges against you to create a “hobson choice”.
