I agree, no civilian trial for KSM. His was an act of war planned in a foreign country. I did not like Holder when he was a toady for Clinton, and I still think he was a poor choice for AG.

Why is Republican response to ANYTHING the Obama White House does news worthy? The Republican position is an exact copy of the most popular word of a 2 year old toddler…NO, NO and more NO! We already know what the Republicans are going to say in advance, so why even discuss their so called arguments (KSM will create a Big Apple Circus, The trial in New York will cause another 9/11 style attack, It will cost the city of New York a fortune for security, etc..)

What is news worthy is brotha Eric Holder's verbal smack down of Senator KKKyle's confrontational disrespective questioning of Holder's decision to hold the trial in New York. It was nice to see some fire coming out of someone in the Obama administration against these over-the-top Rethugs.

The wailing, from what I hear, varies from “it's too big of a security risk” to “this is a military issue”.

To me, this means that all the wailing and gnashing is more Obama-hatin' than anything else.
