Unfortunately, I think the administration has done a bad job with their media campaign, and I'm not sure if the President actually has a vision. I really would have loved to have seen the Administration do this in three phases. First, get the facts out there so that we all are debating the same points and not GOP myth. Second, embark upon a media blitz to EXPLAIN their proposal. Thirdly, call upon the vast network of Obama supporters they have received from the campaign to go out and talk about the proposal and ASK THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO SUPPORT IT AND CALL THEIR MEMBERS OF CONGRESS. Even have a website that SIMPLY lays out the plan so potential supporters can have talking points.

Much of the problem stems from a lack of Presidential leadership, many supporters of Obama don't really understand his plan, or know if he really has one. Hopefully, this will be the last time we enter into an issue without a clearly articulated plan.

http://ivyhorsemen.blogspot.com

I definitely think it's worth fighting for! I saw this documentary on PBS about what happens if you get ill without insurance and it was staggering the cost, and, after a while I turned the TV off as most of the sick people I could just tell were GOP voters, which is amazing since the GOP could care less about anyone getting sick and not being able to get quality care or pay for it.

It sure is, but, I doubt if we will get it.
