Sorry it sounds like a pie in the sky for you. You can always take your car and drive to the beach OR do something on your weekend off. V.A.C.A.T.I.O.N is good for the soul, you don't need to be reach to go somewhere just be creative enough.

And by the way was it really nice when Bush, Clinton, Reagan, Carter and remaining 39 presidents went on vacations? Just sayin'

The President and his family are in the corner of “damned if you do and damned if you don't”. If he decided that he would give every family 1 million dollars and a 2 week vacation the same people would complain about that. I'm so sick of these idiots.

In all of my almost 70 years of life, I have never heard the media tell me that the President of the United States was paying for damn near everything that he did. Why is President Obama paying for so much stuff that other Presidents didn't pay for or the media never reported to us that he paid for? It is the most disgusting thing that I have ever heard. And then the hater complain that he can pay for it. What did Bush pay for, cause Lord knows we have been left with hordes of debt from that administration. What the hell is wrong with America?

Does that mean that had the president not gone on vacation you and lots of other folks would have been in a better financial position and could have gone on vacation? I'm just trying to understand your statement.
