The insurance exchange idea will happen and at that point any offering can go on it. Access will be limited to the uninsured and small business, but eventually widened out when larger businesses complain they want access. Undermining the opposition is okay with me, so is keeping them confused about who is getting what, who may be dealing and who isn’t and what the price of non-cooperation will be. Unfortunately it also drives the Dem left kinda crazy, too.
