Green the Block is an ongoing campaign, but a major milestone with be the President Obama’s national day of service on September 11th.

As for legal action, the Sierra Club and MoveOn.org are calling on the Department of Justice to investigate the case fully.

Ya know if you or I wrote a letter and signed someone else's name to it, on fake letterhead and then tried to pawn it off as legitimate for our own personal gain, I'm pretty sure it would be considered criminal activity. These mofos should be doing perp walks across my damn TV screen.

Most reports on the fraudulent attempts by coal lobbyists described their actions as astroturfing, here, those same action are described more strongly as fraudulent. In that, stronger language is used to describe the conduct, will legal action be taken?

Just curious, was National Black Environmental Justice Network involved?

Is Green Block a one day annual activity?
