So, these folks are full of fear of losing their white entitlement, of not knowing where their next paycheck or job is going to come from, of the gov't bailing out the banks not them, foreclosures, change in society with blacks in positions of power, all of this fear is surrounding them in their communities, relationships, homes and talk radio is whipping that fear up.

Mostly because these are individuals of medioacre intelligence they lack the critical thinking skills to come to a reasoned solution to cope, and they are just plain scared. How can they suceed if the world changes and folks don't accept and promote them on the basis of white entitlement? They know they did not earn what they ahve, but that they are there because they are white and the hispanic, black, asian was denied the job, union card, or mortgage.

They know that, deep inside, where their fear lurks and gurgles up to the surface.

They cannot articulate the fear…all they do is express ANGER…and anger has no reason….which is why we call it MADCRAZY!

Too many people in America have become too accustomed to wanting something for nothing. I blame our declining educational system and our voyeuristic society for the constant decline in the critical thinking process and the ideal that working hard for something worthwhile is a bad thing. These shortcomings are damaging the dynamic potential children in America.

Now, instead of the Malleus, we have talk radio. The coincidence of violence against abortion providers and against people of color is not accidental – sexism and racism are ugly, dangerous and related. We are seeing that people can be turned into mobs. The question is, how can we stop it>

It disturbs me to hear people say “I like my healthcare just the way it is…” Yes, you idiot, yours is great but what about those without it? I can't stand the fear-mongering. It pisses me off more than anything else.
