It helps immediately because they no longer have to plan fr this variable cost. It helps productivity because the employee whom is really sick-we know when we are really sick- is not coming in trying to work but having their mind on making enough money to pay for healthcare.<br>The pros and cons are all over the place. To me the pros outweigh the cons because public health as a whole will improve. I have no illusions about costs because they will go up in the first few years just getting basics done like immunizations and drug regimes for people whom don't have them hihg blood pressure, heart disease, dialysis, etal. Yes, it would help companies bottom lines. It helps immediately because they no longer have to plan fr this variable cost.
