I believe if the states AG's are going to do something they had better act fast. Given the legislation that has come down from the WH and Capital Hill to date, I suspect that the new consumer protection agency act will have restrictions on what the state AG's can do against the bank w/ no real protection.
Cuomo, I like to believe, is already filing papers based on what they had started. If he gains any traction before the consumer bill look at.

Well, well, well, Unca Clarence is at it again. There isn't a woodshed big enough to hold this slave-catching coon.

Is this the reason why the LAWN JOCKEY dissented?

"The Supreme Court ruling will likely free state prosecutors to bring cases against national banks for alleged violations of fair-lending laws, such as charging minorities more money for loans or refusing to offer loans in certain neighborhoods, a practice known as “red-lining.” The ruling could also allow courts to issue search warrants that allow state attorneys general to search for records at national banks."

Now it's up to the citizens and local elected officials of our grand 50 to hold these banks feet to the fire for any fuck ups.
