		<description>Unfortunately, there&#039;s no guarantee that Senators Byrd and Kennedy will be able to vote.  But I agree: the public wants the &quot;public option&quot;, we already have a &quot;public option&quot; for seniors, it&#039;s called Medicare, and it hasn&#039;t hurt the free-enterprise system, and we have a President who got 53% of the vote and Democratic majorities in both houses of Congress, and (as the blog post says) this is one issue that the public really wants action on.  There really are no excuses.  This is America; we should be able to get this done.</description>
