It would be nice to have intellectual discussions about climate change and how we are going to move forward in protecting humans and animals. Unfortunately, the people have to fight like hell…pulling out the teeth of the devil to get anything done. You will see what I mean after the health care bill is passed. The GOP is going to be all over climate change, it’s enough to make you cry.

OK MSM, get ready and take notes, as President Obama debunks all the nonsensical claims about the healthcare bill.

I think this is going to be the most challenging conference thus far. Like Miranda was talking about the number “four” yesterday, this fourth conference is going to be a game-changer (one way or another).

My only concerns are related to how healthcare is overshadowing the economy. If the economy doesn't get better, then al lthe CBO or GAO projections will be meaningless.

It is related to the economy, but reforming healthcare alone will not save the economy.

It's politically perilous for healthcare to be getting the lionshare of the attention with double-digit unemployment on the horizon.

I totally understand the sequencing and why healthcare is upfront on the agenda. If they don't do it now, it will not get done–I understand that.

My concern is that they are thinking, “Well, we passed a major stimulus–let's let that work,” versus, “This is what the stimulus is doing for you TODAY, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year.”

The American attention span is short; we need to be constantly reminded. It's not enough to point people to recovery.gov once. We need to reminded about recovery.gov in some shape or form everyday.

Repetition is key.

The irony is that our POTUS has chosen brilliant players, but not necessarily the most charismatic players. And in our society, charisma gets a heel-of-a-lot-more done than brilliance.

The DoEnergy should be getting us excited about what's in the future and building up our confidence…I haven't heard shyt from the SecOfEnergy.

It's obvious that Geithner is no Paulson (in terms of presence). I could never envision Geithner going into a room with all the CEOs from the major banks, and doing what Paulson did.
