I'm just sick as hell of people acting like if you aren't a copy of Sarah Palin and those backwoods conservatives that don't have the good sense to know when they are voting and campaiging against their own self interest are the heroes of this country. These people have taken a permanent vacation from since we have elected such a dynamic president. Crazy as loons. It just pisses me off how they glorify that idiot Sarah Palin and run all over the country to tape her (word salads) that they call interviews like she is a stateman. It's like that glorify her ignorance and her being stupid.

I think in today's open thread, I put links to Daily Kos with some of the shit that was spewed.

And all that forced outrage about David Letterman making tacky reference to the oldest girl with Palin & other liars saying it was directed towards Willow (the 14-year-old). Tacky , tacky – not to mention slighting Alex Rodriguez – who I don't care for but that's neither here nor there.

Now Palin's oldest daughter playing that nicety teen mother out of wedlock, now living chastely bullshit – she's now 18. And although I probably wouldn't, there's no need to comment on kids – especially girls – 14, 11, 8 – it's truly what Town said last night – sexualization.

I'm pissed.

No matter, that president of ours will NOT embarass this country. Simple as that. And it is about having class and having respect for himself and his marriage. Sarkozy on the other hand….he's flirtatious; he attempted (goaded as I saw it) the last time they were in France to get Obama to kiss some chick in the crowd, and he refused. If Obama does NOTHING else, he has healthily restored the world's favor in Americans electing him as president.

We all knew that he wasn't but it was a cute picture. I think it is the expression of the French President that's so comical. Especially since his wife did not attend. I love that picture. It shows how things can be taken out of context.
