I'm just sick as hell of people acting like if you aren't a copy of Sarah Palin and those backwoods conservatives that don't have the good sense to know when they are voting and campaiging against their own self interest are the heroes of this country. These people have taken a permanent vacation from since we have elected such a dynamic president. Crazy as loons. It just pisses me off how they glorify that idiot Sarah Palin and run all over the country to tape her (word salads) that they call interviews like she is a stateman. It's like that glorify her ignorance and her being stupid.

Has anyone else noticed that many of the pictures of the heads of state with Obama that all the men are laughing and smiling like they are all having a GOOD'OL Time? Even Merkel and Medevev are smiling in the pictures. Also the guy from Japan, is looking like he is having the time of his life with Obama in one of the shots.

It was so great, how he jokingly stoops down to the height of the little woman in the Politico tape. President Obama is such a thoughtful person with a great sense of humor.

Our President makes folks feel happy..he puts them at ease.

I very much enjoyed these pics of the G-8 being more like candid shots vs. those stern glowering countenances of the heads of states engaging in 'matters of the world' and 'solving the worlds problems'

I am definitely a bleeding heart liberal and this is my favorite photo. I have collected each and every photo they took together and everyone where they are near each other. I love it. they are all fawning all over our President and they should be. I love all the pictures with the heads of states of color because the US usually always treat these heads as if they are of little importance. I love President Obama and he always makes me feel so proud. Of course, there is always this race between the French president and the British Prime Minister as to whom is closest to our president. I love the one with Libya and the one with Egypt and the Africas.

I think in today's open thread, I put links to Daily Kos with some of the shit that was spewed.

And all that forced outrage about David Letterman making tacky reference to the oldest girl with Palin & other liars saying it was directed towards Willow (the 14-year-old). Tacky , tacky - not to mention slighting Alex Rodriguez - who I don't care for but that's neither here nor there.

Now Palin's oldest daughter playing that nicety teen mother out of wedlock, now living chastely bullshit - she's now 18. And although I probably wouldn't, there's no need to comment on kids - especially girls - 14, 11, 8 - it's truly what Town said last night - sexualization.
