she worked multiple jobs to make ends meet. She probably wasn't home enough. Is it worth arresting this woman and having her child go to foster care?
Tax payers money well spent? I don't think so.

We agree to disagree…all I can tell you is my opinion and that if I saw my child becoming obscenely obese, I would have done something different that this parent chose.
Maybe the child going into foster care could be the act needed to save the child? Have you thought of that? Or would it be better for the sick parent and sick child to continue on the path they were on endlessly. Maybe the child should have been able to weigh 775 lbs…would that be ok? What in your mind is the time to intervene for the childs sake?
I'm not perfect, I don't know all the answers..just giving my perspective.
