Actually I think they are making fun of some people's unreasonable expectations of Obama. Some people do seem to think he would fix everything in 5 months on the job. The only real shot at Obama was the huge satilite dish ears. Those ears had me rolling blowing in the wind like that. I'll bet that man can hear peoples thoughs.

Actually, this video is SO over the top that they actually ARE making fun of Obama. A lot of it comes off as snark.

But you're right about people finding it hard to make fun of him. Lewis Black was on the View and of course the resident airhead republican, elisabeth hesselbeck asked him if there's anything that bugs him about Obama as much as bush bugged him, and the only thing Lewis Black (the guy who has a problem with EVERYTHING LOL) could come up with is “he lactates hope and I'm an old man, I don't believe in hope” or something like that. After 8 years of “gimmies” with the bush administration (aka the gift that keeps on giving) they ahve to work harder now to make the president funny. I don't mind that at all, personally.

that's a little pet peeve of mine as well. i am african-american (i usually just say 'black'), but i have many family members who are afri-brit. “AA” is not a catch-all phrase for black people.

I thought Jib Jab is the funnest when they are making fun of politicians. I want to see Obama succeed but I find it amazing that no one makes fun of Obama like they do every other politician. Wow, even Jib Jab is drinking cool aid.
