You're absolutely right. And I'm a diabetic and not a drunk – like the previous president! Do I write like I am “sick”? I am a very good mental health therapist, required to conduct assessments and recommendations on all of my clients. I also have to give official testimony in court regarding my profession. Do you know how many people in American – or the world -that have diabetes? MILLIONS!

And I can not get OFF work, nor ON disability, with diabetes. It does not impair me on any level, and I am having fun.

Hi lamh32: I saw the program too last night with Joan Walsh and she was definitely “on fire”. It surprised me a little, but it was clear that she was SERIOUS. And she got to say everything she wanted to say. Loved her psyche last night. It was if ” someone had put a bee in her bonnet” as my Mom used to say:-)

I said the same thing Miran, about 6 MONTHS AGO! I stated on another political chatline that “certain people are GOING CRAZY- JUST THINK: EVERYTHING YOU HAVE EVER BELIEVED IS NOT TRUE! How does that make you feel? They are truly dazed and confused; they are in the first phase of Loss [of control] and Separation: shock and denial. Again, I can't do anything but smile :-)

I totally agree. I said, and I will state it again: President Obama said he would do it, ALL during the campaign – but they did not believe HIM! He told them! He did not lie or try to manipulate – again, he told them.
It is called “shock” and “denial”. I can't stop laughing. I have believed him from the very BEGINNING. And I voted for him (even as an Early Voter) because I DID BELIEVE HIM!

I thought the was actually doing Sotomayor a service by pointing out that she was a moderate and therefore she removed the argument from the Repubs on that issue.

So it wasn't necessarily a criticism, I saw it as an attempt to covertly help her case.
It was proven by her over the top pushing of the issue. That confirmed it for me.
