Will you target at-risk youth and formally incarcerated youth in your programming? If so how will that happen? I assume the age cut off for your program is 21? How will your program insure that the jobs reach AA youth in particular? Will cities be required to report to report demographic data on who is hired, fired and replaced? I live in Texas where we have a very aggressive Hispanic constituency so monitoring will have to occur in some form or fashion.

Julian, congrats and much success with the Stimulus Programming.
