Just curious...wanna know who has the most senoirty in terms of Specter vs. Leahy?

Who will chair Judiciary if Specter wins as a DEM?

Those 2 have basically switch hitted in terms of who is in office based on senoirty in the Senate...so if both are DEMS and Arlen is elected as a Dem.who has the most the seniority to chair Judiciarcy?
