The funny thing about those people calling other “blind followers” is that that they could be consider blind followers themselves. Many of these people regard Krugman or Greenwald as infallible, that they are always right. If you ever criticized one of their critiques or any one else they like, they say you are either a blind follower or stifling dissent. They don't realize that dissent is a two way street.

I read the post, it was very interesting. I think the Gillbrand analogy is very apt, it is highly if Geither is replaced we might get someone worst. I find it interesting that one thing was both Kennedy was and Geither was currently criticized for was their lack of charisma/public speaking skills. I looked at his other post ,and I like his blog a lot.
