Turley makes me squeamish with his, I know Yoo, he is a bright guy and I am surprised by what he wrote. Sure.

Yoo is a professor at Stanford Law, one of the most prestigious institutions in the country. If his legal analysis is so piss poor he needs to be fired and the ABA needs to disbar him.

My question is given the exceptionally poor legal analysis he provided why is he still on staff there teaching another generation of legal minds!?

Tyranny is dangerous and lawyers that write stuff like Yoo are even more dangerous as they legally sanction overturning our government.

Yoo needs to be indicted and HUNG!..right after Dubya is court martialed.
