I wrote a detailed post in support of restoring employee free choice back in the fall. One of the compelling reasons was the wage gap-closing benefit of unions for women, blacks and Latinos.
I’m glad to see the proponents fighting back against the fear-mongering of the powerful who have much to lose when most of society gains.
