I can make some guesses though — both Obama and Reid seem to be big on Duckworth.

We know when a candidate has our back – regardless of race. Their track record bears them out. Schakowsky has such a track record, as did JJJ.

How does Burris appointment hurt Obama? It would have had NOTHING to do with Obama if he's not involving himself IN IT.

Heck, Obama barley won his seat. Look Burris is a fine man and I find it ridiculous to compare his situation to Lieberman crooked behind.
