For some strange reason where Blacks are most concentrated, Democrats are most powerful AND the unemployment rates for Black people in these areas have been in double digits for a PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME.

The “Clinton Boom” that you and other Progressives salivate over was an employment boom driven off of MARKET BASED FORCES. The stock market and venture capitalists fueled the BUSINESS HIRING SPREE in order to take advantage of the TECHNOLOGICAL boom that was happening in the High Tech sector. These advances percolated throughout the society.

This bill today represents a CREDIT CARD CASH WITHDRAW in order to pay off OTHER CREDIT CARDS that are due.

Pelois and Emmanuel loaded it up with so much pork that now even all Republicans in the Senate are poised to reject it in its present form.
