Why is it arrogant?

He DID win, yes?

Bush strolled up in the house and loudly said I’M THE DECIDER and that’s supposed to be a show of strenff but when Obama (calmly) says “I won” people are losing their minds about it?

Methinks Obama reminding people that he DID win is what’s setting people off, not any “partisan” BS rhetoric.

To butt in, I think it showed that he was in charge. A lot of the white progressives I read are not happy that it seems as if it is always the left that compromises. The words of the repubs came across not as “what can we do to align more with you” but ” you need to give us what we want”. That has been the last eight years.

Obama is not only talking to the right with the “Enough” statement and the “I won” statement but also to those who are whining even more annoyingly IMO on the left. You know the Naderites, the Pumas and the Edwards people. Let alone the nihilists and anarchists.
