Juan is a fine reporter, He does his job well, I may not agree with him on certain subjects he report , but thats part of life. If everyone agreeded on every subject, the we would be in trouble.

Do you think the time will ever come when one becomes embarrassed in always trying to defend the actions of folk who don't want them in their mix?. The time must come when some of these Negroes will look back and say; “I can't believe that I thought like that”. Juan Williams is one of those people who ought to be tired now of being such a “sap”.

I must agree with you on this one. Secret Service needs a retraining. I think i saw one guy jump up from the first row, stop short of Bush then take a step in the opposite direction. NO ONE rushed to his aide. I found the act pretty funny, BUT he was not hurt, thankfully. This should definitely raise some red flags about the security of the POTUS.

As if we didn't know, but there are some people out there who seriously dislike us, and I can't blame the man for his feelings toward us and/or Bush.

The major problem I see with the Iraqi conflict is the country was taken out of ONE bad situation, while being placed in another. Rather than acknowledging that things are still horrible in that country, but in a new way – the Bush crew are congratulating themselves for getting rid of Saddam and “saving” the country.

I liken it to a guy with a gangrenous leg. You might be able to cut it off, but that still leaves with the person with…well…one leg.

I am a veteran and I am proud of the progress the country has made. I was insuslted by Bush’s silly response to an attack on the living head of state. The POTUS is the Head fo State and the chief government official. Someone throwing a shoe at him is not a joke. It is serious.

Juan’s response is not serious. The French should be grateful foe WW1 and WW2. Freed slaves should be grateful for the Union Army. Vietnamese and Iraqis owe the USA nothing. We owe them a change in our behavior toward the rest of the world

I don't think it's funny, either. The difference is…I don't think it's funny, considering the events in that man's life that made him want to throw a shoe at Bush.
