I don't really know the rest. The enviros I know all backed BHO heavily, but we will be watching to make sure the right stuff gets done. As usual though, where I have my doubts (Salazar?!?! I heard a very unreliable rumor that Grijalva failed the interview), I am inclined to give the PE the benefit of the doubt since he's been so right so far. Keeping all digits crossed because we can't afford to waste a bunch more time the way we've wasted the last 8 or maybe really 16 years on climate change.
