I never understood the hype with Jesse Jackson Jr. One of my mother's friends was one of his law school mentors, and he went to my alma mater for law school. So I constantly heard from Triple J stans how great the guy is. But I never saw it.

I feel bad to say it, but I really won't be crushed if he is found guilty of something, outside of my usual "Dang. Another brother going down. That's too bad" reaction.

I'm telling y'all, I never trusted him. I was even suspicious when he called out his dad for dogging Obama. I thought it was just him trying to stay on the Obama train, I even suspected that his dad told JJJ to do it. I'm just saying...

It's not like you can avoide him, Chambers. This wasn't some low level guy. He's the Governor of your state.
