First of all Justice Thomas couldn't be interested in McCain nor Obama. Obama was born in Hawaii, and the state doesn't allow viewing of birth certificates. It is Calero who is in question. The Donofrio case has all three listed, so Obama had to be included folks.

When “Justus” Clarence finally succumbs to death, I hope to be at his funeral, just to be sure that the dirt is thrown on his grave. And he can take with him Alan Keyes, Larry Elder, James T. Harris, Amy Holmes and the whole lot of the self-haters.

Punk. (BTW, SCOTUS refused to issue a writ of cettorai in this matter as it was rightfully deemed by Souter to be without merit).

Clarence Thomas is indeed an example of self-hatred for himself and his race. It is sad that he is one of the Supreme Justices and he chooses to make himself known only with scandal. First Anita Thomas and now this. He is clearly a troubled man. Well it goes to show no matter how far we (as black people) there are always HATERS trying to tear us down and the saddest part of it all is that the HATERS ARE USUALLY WITHIN OUR OWN COMMUNITY!

I find it hard to believe that Clarence Thomas would put his “reputation” on the line to push for this petition to be heard. Wait a minute..no I don't. I don't think the SCOTUS is even going to here this, I mean if it had any merit, wouldn't it have been brought before the court soon after Obama announced his candidacy?
