So the entire country has to bailout the company who is sponsoring the Mets' new stadium???? I was never a fan of Citi Field anyway. It will always be Shea to me.

Yeah but the one financial institution that won't go under is BofA and everything owned by the Rockefellers. It can't be a coincidence that they're doing so well when everything else is failing.

Citibank used to be one of the top-tier commercial banks. You couldn't even open an account with them unless you had a minimum credit score, job history, etc.

Don't 'worry' it's not over. Bush has his last few acts of vengeance left before he leaves office. I also think a greater lesson is before us. The past 30 years of Republican dominance with its divisiveness, racism, lobbyists run amuck, outsourcing of industries, greed, religious ideology at the expense of human kindness and people just turning a blind eye has all come to fruition. And the Democrats that latched on to this as well.

It's a shame so many Black people are hurting, but we've fared worse and we'll get through this (or there will be a concentrated protest I hope). It's some of the other people who are really suffering - if you look at it from the perspective of them not really having to struggle historically this way before. Perhaps they'll rethink things from now on.

It is going to get a lot worse. Democratic Party supporters have been duped into actually believing their own "Talking Points." Nothing new about that, but a basic math course would've helped, IMHO.

Example: The Truth About Bailouts. That article is by Peter Schiff, the man who predicted this collapse. MORE..."Put simply, our government doesn’t have enough spare cash to bailout a lemonade stand let alone a bloated and failing industry that is losing tens of billions of dollars per month."

Bad? Like I said, it gets a lot worse. Rubin protégés change their tune as they join Obama's team. MSM is spinning it, but the fact is - Bill Clinton's former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin was a crook...just like Barack Obama.

Spirit, American banks had regulations as a result of the Stock Market Crash of 1929. We have Reagan to thank for de-regulating EVERYTHING back in the 80s.
