At some point we must allow young people to learn and grow so that they can help the next generation……. The failure of young people is not just due to their parents, it is also due to the older generation.? Not willing to age gracefully, or each one teach one either.

I definitely believe the Clinton's are trying to muscle Obama into making the offer without them passing the vetting. All the leaks about things going smoothly, and Bill doing everything in his power to disclose, him supposedly agreeing to disclose his future activities in advance…this stuff about Hillary being confirmed after Thanksgiving….they're muscling O!

We know there's shit in Bill's finances, so we know that one of two things must be true: 1) either they're trying to scam Obama into making an offer without being vetted …..or 2) they intend to conceal or falsify any information that could disqualify Hillary. We know it can't be that there's full disclosure, because that would mean disqualification…and they definitely don't want Obama's team to have any dirt on them acquired via a failed vetting process.

This whole thing confuses me.

Update 11/20 at 11:00PM EST: Politico is reporting that it's a done deal:

President-elect Obama plans to name Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) as his secretary of State shortly after Thanksgiving, two senior Obama aides said.

It's really hard to believe that info came from the Obama Camp because the New York Times reported today the Obama Camp was upset about all the leaks & blamed the Clinton Camp for it!

All these leaks got to be pissing off the Obama camp – hell, his transition team had to sign non-disclosure clauses to keep their jobs, so you know they're not the ones doing the leaking.

He's thrown Hillary several bones – she keeps throwing them back and demanding meat that she doesn't deserve.

I hope Obama plays her like an old eight-track that used to be in my Uncle's Deuce and a Quarter.
