and during the economic bailout crisis he shows his ineptitude by running around like a chicken with its head cut off, not knowing if the economy is “sound” or not…

…and now wants to unleash attacks because the economy is the issue out in the front, his poll numbers are falling, and he doesn't have the slightest clue on what to do.
