He's out. There are no more commercials on TV. My sister passes by a McCain campaign office in Oakland county and she says its closed... Campaign signs and placards are still up, but its basically shuttered. Because he bought into public finances he has to pick and choose where to spend hi money. Take it from me… He's out.
