I'm a cry baby...lol. I got choked up just listening to Barack's closing arguments. I don't know...maybe it's the passion that resonates within me while watching his geniune passion and desire to make our country a better place to live...wow...I just thank God for allowing me the opportunity to be in this moment....in this place....of sound mind and body to witness HISTORY.

Brilliant. I am ready to work! I am so happy to be here in this time, in these days.

Barack Obama: Closing Argument (Full Speech)

We're one nation. All of us proud, all of us patriots.

I never thought I would see the day when I would sit and listen to political speeches with so much enthusiasm! This is more than just "eloquence" - we are really bearing witness to a transformational moment. I need to start making some calls!
  • SjP
Much Obliged for posting! I've been searching for this ever since he delivered this speech earlier today. Of course I cried (what else is new). I'm going to try my best not to be "fearful". But there are some real crazy people out there as have been brought to light with the foiled assassination attempt plot. We got to keep on praying!

Me Too...there's something special about this guy...

I swear... I try to peek in and watch Lou Dobbs sometimes because Hardball is a rerun, but I really can't stand his ass... He was defending Barbara West for asking Joe Biden if Obama was a Marxist. Why not ask McCain if he's a fascist? These people kill me. Plus she's married to a Republican consultant who has donated $5k to republican candidates. Once Obama wins then we can break out the roach spray and send these republicans scrambling. Remember that commercial? RAID!!!!!!!!!!
  • roschelle
If Lou Dobbs is independent.......I'm Boy freakin' George
  • Honey01
That was awesome. I am holding on to his words about not being "fearful".
I needed to hear that again.
  • CraigHickman
I hope his campaign puts up a full video.

    It was a brilliant poem.
