McCain can't even distinguish between the types of “special needs” of people; he has confused autism with Down's Syndrome and you would think that Sarah Palin, being the “mother” of a baby with Down's Syndrome, would have pointed that out.

She's too busy trying to get the White House to even pay attention to her own “newborn”, if in fact, Trig is HER baby and not HER DAUGHTER's.

As if I hadn't been appalled enough by the selection of Sarah Palin, the dumb, The McCain assumed that because she has given birth to a child with special needs she is the one to speak to us parents with special needs children. That was another sock in my eye from a non-caring campaign. My son is 38 years old and Autistic and the things that the idiot said in her address to us was disgraceful. I feel sorry for her child if she remains as uninformed about the plight of special needs children as her address. She laughed at and snubbed a study of the fruit fly, and claimed it was research being done in Paris! Now remember, she said that her sister has a son who is Autistic. This is research for Autism and it is being done not in Paris, France, but here in America at a university. You offer me this the authority on “Special Needs”. McCain needs to bow out of this race and just go home. He is telling me that this woman knows more about Special Needs than he? My Lord, we are in deep stuff with no boots that can even wade. PLEASE KEEP THESE TWO OUT OF LEADERSHIP.

Good! I hope you are right. She knows that she is ignorant, so she helped with this whole thing. I don't think it's wrong. She danced to the music and she ought to pay to the piper. This isn't the first time this has happened to her. She's been using others so now she experiencing Karma. More power to them, I hope that have done enough damage to keep her off the political stage forever. Maybe she can spend more time being a responsible parent.

McCain never figured out a lot of things and that's why he has been seen as such a risky choice. He continues to go on with this “Joe, the plumber” thing even though “Joe” has been proven a liar I want to see him get the whipping that he deserves. He has been so used to using his connections to get what he wants without taking the time to prepare himself, just like Palin. Now he has met his match and he doesn't like what he sees. Life the post above he has opened Pandora's box and he can't close it until she and he both destruct. I want to be rid of both of them. They are a cancer on the skin of America. But it still frightens me to see that so many young people have had a sip of their “kool-aid”.

Yes she is. And I truly believe that she described the position of VP the way she intends for it to be if she is elected. McCain is too old to handle this “pit bull”. The people who told him to choose her knew exactly what they were doing. They know how to handle her and this is just what they want. You betcha, John McCain will be too worn out to take the helm were he elected. I put nothing pass these Repubs. By any means necessary, is their motto. They'll let her think the way she's thinking now to keep her “right where they want her”. Remember, she's in a game that is way over her head.

I love your confidence; but be careful! Have you seen the number of idiots who are attending her rallies? And some of them are quite young. Don't ever underestimate them. Their augments about God, Guns, Gays and trickle down maybe seen as toast but their are still those willing to shoot themselves in the foot to keep people who look like them and see America as they do. And many of them work our polls. We must always be on our toes.
