He's really getting desperate. And Imus better be ready to start cutting checks to every racial group he will insult…unless he's secretly planning to break out cans of whip-ass on McSalty.

He really should grill him about Palin, but since I haven't listened to Imus since MSNBC fired him and he went running to Al Sharpton to save his ass – not to mention I stopped watching his show when it turned into “Morning Joke”.

McCain on Don Imus! What a great forum to show that he has the intellectual weight of his opponent. Or is this just another attempt to get “Joe the White Plumber” to the polls to vote for the party that thinks it's bad to have a Muslim name.

Nobody's harassing John McCain about having an Irish name, even though the Irish Republican Army went on a decades long bombing campaign that included bombing the 10 Downing Street. Why is McCain palling around with people who have names like the names of those who bombed 10 Downing Street?

I don't know how i feel about this….why Imus?

I feel fine about it, next he will be on Limbagh, Mr McCain should be allowed to go on all these shows with race baiting hosts and let the real “maverick” come right on out with his sheets on for votes, While, I don't think that he, McCain, is personally a racist, he has no qualms about going after that vote, but, then again, that voting base is the GOP bread and butter.

Damn….well….so the McCain camp has finally gotten THERE….wow….took them the length of the campaign season, but looks like they've finally reached their destination….2 miles past Hell…..Heller. He's at the point of going on the Imus show. All that's left is a webchat on Stormfront and that will have FINALLY solidified the “base”….LOL

I'm surprised he hasn't gone on Limballs' show first. But seriously who listens to it? We shouldn't give it any air to grow. Whatever gets ignored will not media attention.

Sarah Plain (not a typo) was on Limbaugh's show like last week. Shortly after she left (10-15 minutes later), Limbaugh went on a rant about blacks being in a 30 year plot to destroy America by training black children to become angry black anti-american militants. I assume the McCain campiagn approves of that rhetoric. That is the crowd they are courting.

I also forgot to add a couple of days ago, I am more offended that the black man that publically agreed with Imus got his own show on CNN than McCain going on Imus. I have no problem with McCain rallying his racist base but I do have a problem with black people who like to publically buffoon and degrade their own race! This is something that blacks are too complacent in that white have already figured out. Let's get smart!
