Funny, I was talking to a friend of mine last night and she told me almost the same story about her father. Lawyer, 60, CA Republican all his life. Voted for Bush in 04 and was a die hard McCain supporter but just this week decided to vote, Obama because of – drum roll please – his Palin pick. I can only hope that the rest of the country come to their senses and see that Palin and McCain are a VERY dangerous duo.

Love it. It's amazing how the creative class have been inspired by Obama, whereas they don't want anything to do with McCain and are slapping him with cease-and-desist orders whenever he uses their work (the Foo Fighters being the latest).

Nuff Said. This is what I feel is happening. This is bigger than all of us. This is a movement that is not always within our control. These things being allowed to happen (think about the story of Moses and Pharoah) everything is getting lined up — Nov 4 is HUGE.

Hearts will be changed, spirits will be healed and we can truly begin a dialogue that will get us started on our collective journey to a better future. It won't be easy but it will be a substantial shift.

Now that I finally recognized all that — I am okay. I am still working hard for Obama/Biden, still raising money but I know it will be alright.

Hah!...now that's a video I would pay to see.

Repubs try to shut down anti-Palin talk; but, they can't stop everyone from THINKING it! By golly, they won't be able to pull that lever with Palin on the ticket, and McCain looking ever more erratic as the days go by...

If they really love their country...when they're alone with their thoughts, conscience won't allow them to vote for McCain. I can bet a whole bunch of tv Repub strategists will be voting Obama...but they'll never admit it.

I see Palin as a sign of the GOP elite's cynicism about their “base”. They assume their people are so f***ing stupid that they would all love her to death. The lynch mentality at her hate rallies is just another sign. Anyone with any integrity or sanity or respect for this country would run fleeing from that party, even if it's just this one time, for this one vote.
