I'm not quite as old as your Aunt but I am a retired Senior citizen and I am well aware of what they are telling you. I agree, McCain knows exactly what he and his fans are doing. It comes down to "by any means necessary" I was more a follower of Malcolm X, though very proud of the guts it took for Dr. King and his non-violent protests. I had taken enough crap off the majority race and was not about to allow them free hits on me; but as I said, I did respect Dr. King. They will do anything and Sarah palin really reminds me of the types that were out there spewing venom. They can talk all they want about how hurtful it was when McCain and his troop were likened to George Wallace....you see, the truth hurts. I am not in politics so I can say it out loud; they are reminders of the incitement of George Wallace and McCain knows it. They bring out all these people who have nothing and are willing to wallow in nothingness to keep this nation from moving ahead. These people who shoot themselves in the foot every election and then sit around and hunt and talk about how patriotic they are. If that lying woman had tried that "beaten up trick" when I was at university, she would have gotten away with it and ropes would have noosed looking for a Black man, any Black man. We old folk know what these kinds of people are capable of doing...So they are right.....Be very careful and don't take no wooden nickels but keep on voting and working to make our country what it is supposed to be.....a beacon of hope. America must continue to grow, I never thought that I would see this in my lifetime and I'm going to be in that line to vote, because we don't have early voting, like the US Postal service.....through rain, shine, snow whatever.....This may be my last vote, but is going to be a vote that I am glad God has allowed me to cast.
