Opedna makes the charge from KOS where did this information come from it isn't documented. And violate the law for 8 years. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen I'm warning people on this one we can not create sympathy for her as she is the distraction.

ok so the police billed the womens' insurance? how handy for PEOPLE WHO HAVE INSURANCE (ie: not me, an able bodied, healthy, employed, young female). Also, who is to say that insurance will not reject the bill? perhaps having a vaj = a pre-existing condition and able to be raped is cause enough to not pay for it.

Knecht says she's recently heard from caseworkers in Illinois, Georgia, and Arkansas reporting that rape victims continue to be charged for their forensic exams.

Which means, yes it's wrong but it's also happening in Illinois as well. There should be an outrage, there should have been one when this story was reported this past February.
