I've been seriously wondering today -

How many racial epithets have been uttered on the floor of the Republican National Convention? I'd imagine quite a few.

We almost need a Borat like fake interviewer to go in there and stir the pot and see what rises to the surface, because I'm sure it'll be a lot of horribly racist stuff.

it doesn't even make sense.

as stupid as the sentiment, and as poorly constructed as that sentence is, the use of the word UPPITY is simply unacceptable. what horseshit.

but i am afraid i have to disagree with that being the sound of the republican base getting smaller. the rethugs are past masters at using dogwhistle politics to appeal to the racists among them.

i'd like to take your positive view. my fear is that's the sound of the republican base expanding.
