JJai: The question/thread was NOT about USING Bridget on the campaign trail. It was about having HER in the FAMILY PORTRAIT on the COVER of a magazine which was INTRODUCING ALL the FAMILY MEMBERS!!

In one document that I read, it was stated that Bridget was present at a lot of the EARLIER campaign events. Also, I was able to dig up articles and pics by Jacob Shroeder - who, apparently, had exclusive right to interviews! So there doesn't appear to be any lack of enthusiasm for her.

And it looked like, from the cover pic, that the "McAncients" were a little less than INCLUSIVE of her in the FAMILY!! :>)

The presentation was beautiful as were Cindy's tears. I can only imagine the pain she felt as Rove/Bush disparaged her child. I imagine her tears were healing as she saw her child “accepted” by the people who must certainly hurt her. I think they may have simply wanted to protect her from any undue scrutiny and thus has not touted her along on all these trips. I can respect the McCains for not using their kids for politcal gain. Too bad they did't adopt the same policy with the Palins.
