Why would Palin say Trig is a “newborn”? Isn't he 4 months old? We don't generally refer to a baby older than one month as “newborn”. I think Sarah is trying here to throw us off the scent. By suggesting that Trig is “newborn” it makes it seem even less likely that he could be her daughter Bristol's child.(In light of the future admission of her pregnancy)
She goes on “It’s his naptime, so he is with his big sister on the bus.”. Why would Sarah need to tell us this? She's explaining WHY Trig is with his sister, and WHY Bristol is on the bus. LOL …It seems Governor Palin is a terrible liar. Sarah is compensating for her discomfort by offering too much information. She's trying to throw observers off the scent. She thinks, if she can convince us that one thing is true(Bristol is pregnant now)…it will negate the possibility that BOTH things are true( Bristol is pregnant now AND Trig is Bristol's child). Because Ferraro grabbed at the chance, without revealing to Mondale’s incompetent vetting team how damaging some of her husband’s financial imbroglios could be, she went from being a female icon to part of the reason it’s taken a quarter-century for another party to take a chance on a woman.
