I knew it was one of them; and yeah, he did some questionable shyt, but they
got rid of brothas for a lot less, and kept real crooks on the payroll
because their complexion protects them.

All of this is all apart of the elites of the world for their neocon agenda, however I think this worked far better to their advantage then they excpected, now they have america by the nutts. And to give JPMorgan Chase control of it? Heaven help us, lets just hand over every right, every thing we own and become a fudeal nation and slaves to the elites in their new world order.

Anyone else see a new american revolution in the very near future? perhaps that is what is needed?

I disagree to certain extent about Stan O'Neal. Sure, he turned ML around but he signed off on those fancy debt instruments (collateralized debt obligations) that caused ML to make billions in writedowns. You can't do that and not expect to get kicked to the curb. And on top of that, making that side deal with Wachovia on dl was not the move.

I will say that the culture of ML is one that's resistant to change. It was all about promoting within. Once you were with ML, you were there fo' life. But O'Neal was all about "out with old, in with the new" and they didn't like that.

But, Rikyrah, you KNOW I'm right. When they start analyzing what went wrong in the mortgage industry, watch the pundit holler out how Frank Raines was incompetent. I saw them do it to Stan O'Neal at Morgan Stanley – however, he fired back that the place was a shythole when he was handed the reins – and he had the smarts to negotiate himself a fat parachute (try $160 million dollar parachute, plus he still keeps an office in their building and gets a pension of about an additional $5 mil) 'cause he KNEW if shyt didn't turn around after he got the job, he'd get the blame.

He got well paid for it, too.

This is insanity! I'm beyond fearful. Even a person not as clued in on the intricacies of our economy (like me) would surely see how devastating this will be for our country.

Can we please get these incompetent fools out of office, asap!? I cannot believe Georgie and the gang are gonna walk away scott free after all the devastation they have caused. It's truly criminal. He really needs to be impeached.
