I here you. I gave it additional though and asked myself if Barack hadn't
one the nomination, I would I vote Republican if they put Michael Steele on
the ticket? Hell No! We just have to hope that white women show the
political maturity that black folks have shown throughout the years.

No way it prevents Biden from being an attack dog except in a debate w/ his counterpart. He can bite McCain's ass till he needs new teeth.

In the case of the military joining up, and w/ all that entails, has always been a way to get an education and/or skills especially AfricanAmericans. Growing buzz is that McCain is picking a woman, either Kay Bailey Hutchinson or Carla Fiorina, the former moderate on abortion rights and the latter either moderate or pro-choice. It's difficult to believe that Senator Obama didn't weigh this possibility when deciding to not pick Hillary, but it's difficulty to see how he can check-mate this. It effectively castrates Biden who was picked to be an attack dog. He can't attack a woman. And with both of them not being rabid pro-lifers, it would be difficult to cast them as “traitors” to their gender.

I know Senator Obama made his decision based on how he wanted to govern, but you gotta' win before you govern. Damn!

As someone said, I think Bill Maher, Republicans have a talent for making a big deal out of nothing, and Democrats have a talent for not being able to make a big deal out of something. Why give them the ammunition to make a big deal out of nothing. The media, the echo chamber, is not Obama's friend. If you watched coverage earlier today, they were gleefully pushing this story rather than focusing on this non-story.
