I read about this a few weeks before he suspended his campaign – I was an Edwards woman, and only went over to Obama after I heard Michelle speak at UCLA on February 3, 2008, which was 2 days before the California Primary – Super Tuesday.

I happen to believe that the story is true but I also believe that the relationship may have happened with EE's blessing since she has been so ill for so long. IIRC, the man who is claiming that the baby's his is gay, and the woman now lives in the same gated community as the Edwards Family.

I saw him on PBS weekend before last and he shined the story on, yet his eyes seemed to say that there was something to the story. That's my thoughts on it, and I ain't mad at him; in fact, I still hope that he becomes US Attorney General.

I believe that the reason those rabid feminists are complaining in the new media is because the DNC is shutting down virtually every avenue they try to use to push her into the spotlight at the convention. She's gotten what they plan to give her, keynote speech on that Tuesday. Contrary to general opinion here, I doubt very seriously if they will get any play at the convention. They're just making a lot of noise, talking loud and saying nothing..

Do you think they will have an effect or hopefully they won't “pop” the cork but release a weak 'sssss” instead? The sites I read tend to have the same fifteen people so I have been hoping they are a small group spread out and will have almost no effect at all. But they may be because I want it to be.
